- Free Mainland UK Delivery
We offer free delivery within the Mainland UK, with most items arriving at your chosen address within 3 - 10 working days. - Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
If you choose our cash on delivery option, payment is required to confirm your order with the courier. - Parking & Accessibility
Please ensure there is adequate parking available for the delivery vehicle. If there are any parking restrictions, you must inform us at the time of booking. The customer will be responsible for any parking fines, and these charges will be added to your invoice. - Stock Availability
We maintain over 95% of our range in stock, ensuring that we can promptly deliver most items within 3 - 10 working days. - Insurance & Damage
For peace of mind, all deliveries are fully insured. If any damage occurs during delivery, we offer a free exchange service. - Specialist Furniture Carrier
We partner with a specialist furniture carrier for over 95% of our deliveries, ensuring that your order arrives in perfect condition. - Urgent Orders
If you require urgent delivery, additional charges may apply based on your location. Please contact our customer service team to confirm the specifics. - Repeat Delivery Charges
If no one is available to receive your order at the agreed delivery time, you will incur a repeat delivery charge. - Free Delivery Exclusions
Free delivery is only available within mainland UK. Certain postcodes, including AB, BT, CT, DD, and others, do not qualify for free delivery. Please contact us for delivery charges to these areas. - Deliveries to Scotland
Standard delivery charges to Scotland start at £65, with a typical delivery time of up to 3 - 10 days. If you need your item sooner (within 1 to 4 working days), please contact us for an expedited delivery option, which may incur additional charges. - Surcharge for Glasgow & Edinburgh
Deliveries to the north of Glasgow and Edinburgh may incur a surcharge. The exact amount depends on your postcode and area and will be added separately to your bill. Please reach out for details. - Northern Ireland and Ireland Deliveries
Deliveries to Northern Ireland and Ireland are charged at £125, and may take up to 3 - 10 working days. If you need a quicker delivery (within 1 to 4 working days), please contact us, and additional charges may apply. - Channel Islands & Isle of Man
Deliveries to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man incur a surcharge of £149 and can take up to 3 -10 days for delivery. - Failed Delivery Charges
If you are unavailable when we attempt delivery, a failed delivery charge will apply. This applies even if you simply change your mind about the item. - Flat-Pack Deliveries
All items are delivered in flat-pack condition and must be assembled at home. If you need your order by a specific date, please inform us when placing your order. - Delivery Scheduling
Once your payment is processed, we will confirm the earliest available delivery date and coordinate the time with you. While we strive to stick to the agreed time frame, any changes will be communicated in advance. - Access Requirements
It is essential that the delivery area has sufficient access. We are unable to cancel your order if there are obstacles like narrow doorways, restricted spaces, or no available parking. If access issues arise, you will be responsible for any failed delivery charges. - Special Delivery Instructions

Our standard delivery service covers ground floor or basement deliveries. If your furniture needs to be delivered to an upper floor, we require either a lift or wide stairs. These conditions apply even for first-time free deliveries. - Cancellation & Repeat Charges
If you cancel your scheduled delivery less than 44 hours before the agreed time, repeat delivery charges will apply. - Unforeseen Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for any financial loss, including profit loss, that may result from delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
